Returns for refunds are accepted on brand-new unworn-items with tags attached if shipped and scanned within 15 days from the date of package delivery. Swimwear must retain the original protective liner. Orders placed at events, with discount codes of 20% or higher, and pre-orders, are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Exchanges — Free Exchange Shipping within the US
We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Swimwear must have the original protective liner. Exchange shipping is free within the US. For orders discounted at 30% or higher with a total under $200, exchange shipping is $9.
Within 10 days of receiving your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and process your refund, exchange or store credit. For domestic orders, $9 for shipping will be deducted from the refund unless exchange or store credit is chosen. Any short delay in receiving your refund will be determined by your bank or credit card. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Return / Exchange
Return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer. Orders that receive free international shipping included will have our actual cost of shipping deducted from any refund unless exchange or store credit is chosen. We do not offer international exchanges. Please place a new order with your store credit code.
International Taxes and Duties
Any applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless pre-paid at checkout with the "duties paid" shipping option. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a deduction for our actual cost of shipping. If a customs authority refuses to return the package without receiving payment, then the customer is fully responsible for the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out right away by replying to your order confirmation email. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, Wolven cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, especially in apartment buildings which often have a higher risk of theft. Wolven will offer a replacement at our material cost for any stolen packages.

We can delay your shipment until you return to your shipping address, to avoid a lost or stolen package and the wasted environmental footprint.
Eligible refunds for canceled orders for any reason will incur a 3% deduction to cover our actual cost of payment processing. This does not apply to store credit. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Price adjustments on prior orders for new discount offers
We offer store credit for discount code adjustments if your original order was placed within 7 days prior to the beginning of the discount offer and you reach out to us via email.
