Start a Return or Exchange 

Returns

Returns for refunds are accepted on brand-new unworn-items with tags attached, as long as the return ship date is within 15 days of your order delivery date. Swimwear must retain the original protective liner. Orders placed at events or with discounts of at least 20% are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Exchanges

We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit within 90 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Swimwear must have the original protective liner. Domestic exchange shipping is free unless the order is discounted over 30%, in which case the return + exchange shipment cost is $9

Refunds

Within 5 to 15 days of receiving your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and process your refund, exchange or store credit. For domestic orders, $9 for shipping will be deducted from the refund unless exchange or store credit is chosen. Any short delay in receiving your refund will be determined by your bank or credit card. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

International Return / Exchange

Return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer. Orders that receive free international shipping included will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from any refund unless exchange or store credit is chosen, which is often around $6 to $14. We do not offer international exchanges. Please place a new order with your store credit code. 

International Taxes and Duties

Any applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless the "tax and duties pre-paid" shipping option is chosen at checkout. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a deduction for our actual cost of shipping. If a customs authority refuses to return the package without receiving payment, then the customer is fully responsible for the package. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to have been lost or stolen, please notify us by replying to your delivery confirmation email within 24 hours. 

Order Cancellation 

Eligible refunds for canceled orders for any reason will incur a 3% deduction to reimburse our actual cost of payment processing. This does not apply to store credit. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

Discount Adjustment Requests

We can offer store credit for discount adjustments if your original order was placed within 5 days prior to the beginning of the discount offer.
