To initiate a return or exchange, please reply to your order confirmation or order delivery email.
Returns are accepted on brand-new unworn-items if shipped back to us within 15 days from the date of package delivery. Tags must be attached and swimwear must retain the original protective liner. Orders placed at events, with discount codes, from sale section, or with promotions equal to a total discount of 21% or higher are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
If your item doesn’t fit or you want a different item or print we are happy to provide an exchange within 45 days of delivery! Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Swimwear must have the original protective liner.
Exchange shipping within the US is free on orders over $100 unless the order was discounted at 30% or higher, in which case $8.00 will be charged for exchange shipping.
Within 10 days of receiving your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and process your refund or store credit. Our low cost for shipping and return shipping will be deducted from the refund unless store credit is chosen. Any short delay in receiving your refund will be determined by your bank or credit card. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer. Orders with free international shipping included will have our actual cost of shipping deducted from any return refund.
We are unable to cancel an order after it has been placed, including "Pre-Order" items. We can change the sizes or prints of the items upon request, if available.
Lost domestic packages will be replaced once if we receive notice within 48 hours of your delivery notification and an alternate shipping address is provided for the replacement. Lost international packages are not insured if you select First Class Package International. If you want insurance, please select DHL express.
