Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing times may vary during holidays and sales.

Returns

Returns are accepted on brand-new unworn-items with tags attached, as long as the return ship date is within 30 days of your order delivery date. Swimwear must retain the original protective liner.

Items Not Eligible for Returns: The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

  • Items discounted 30% or more
  • Incense Sticks & Affirmation Cards
  • Holiday Mystery Bags
  • Metamorphosis Collection
  • Purchases made at in-person events

Orders purchased with discounts under 30% are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Store Credit

You may choose store credit in place of a refund or exchange. Store credit value is based on the amount paid at checkout including any promotions or discounts.

We do not offer price adjustments. In the event a price adjustment is approved, it will be issued as store credit only.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Swimwear must have the original protective liner. Items discounted 30% or more are ineligible for exchanges.

Metamorphosis Collection (Returns & Exchange)

All products in our Metamorphosis Capsule are manufactured on-demand and are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. 

Refunds

Once your return is received, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed. 

For domestic orders, $9 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping unless an exchange or store credit is selected.

Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable. Refund processing times may vary depending on your banking institution.

International Returns & Duties

International return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer. We do not offer international exchanges. Please place a new order using your store credit code. 

Any applicable customs and import duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties and is returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If customs authorities refuse the return of the package, the customer assumes full responsibility.

Order Cancellations

Canceled orders, including pre-orders, will incur a 3% processing fee to cover payment processing costs. We cannot guarantee order cancellation once order processing & pre-shipment has begun. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items discounted 30% or more are final sale. 

Delivered But Not Received

Once an order has been scanned as delivered, Wolven is not  responsible for lost or stolen packages. As a courtesy, we may offer a discount up to 70% off the retail price for the replacement items. Discount & sale codes can not be combined with replacement orders. On going sale discount will be applied instead.
