Start a Return or Exchange 


Returns or refunds are accepted on brand-new unworn-items with tags attached, as long as the return ship date is within 30 days of your order delivery date. Swimwear must retain the original protective liner.

Items not eligible for returns include: orders purchased at events are not eligible for returns. Orders purchased with discounts of at least 20% are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Holiday Mystery Bags and products from our Metamorphosis Collection are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Not happy with the size you ordered? We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Swimwear must have the original protective liner. 

Metamorphosis Collection (Returns & Exchange Policy)  

All oversized tees, relaxed tees, and sweatshirts in our Metamorphosis capsule are manufactured on-demand and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 


Within 5 to 15 days of receiving your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and process your refund, exchange or store credit. For domestic orders, $9 for shipping will be deducted from the refund unless exchange or store credit is chosen. Any short delay in receiving your refund will be determined by your bank or credit card. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

International Return / Exchange

Return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer. We do not offer international exchanges. Please place a new order with your store credit code. 

International Taxes and Duties

Any applicable customs and import duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping in the event of international returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes. If a customs authority refuses to return the package without receiving payment, then the customer is fully responsible for the package. 


Order Cancellation 

Refunds for canceled orders, including pre-orders, will incur a 3% deduction to cover our actual cost of payment processing. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

Delivered But Not 

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, Wolven cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we can offer 75% off the retail price for the replacement item(s).
