3 Ways to Get Grounded at LiB

3 ways to Get Grounded at LiB

Lightning in a Bottle holds a sweet and sacred place in my heart.  It was the first conscious festival I ever attended, it was the place of Wolven's first festival photoshoot, and the place that Will and I told each other we loved each other for the first time. Beyond being a truly special place to me on a personal level, we at Wolven love all that LIB has to offer – from being a pioneer in spreading sustainability in the festival community to hosting vegan cooking workshops and an array of yoga classes, LIB offers many opportunities to learn and get grounded. Extra hot temperatures and long nights on the dance floor can be exhausting, but LIB is full of Yoga & Wellness programming that will ensure that you are your best self throughout the festival.

Here are 3 Ways to Get Grounded at LiB:

1. Take a yoga class

Setting aside time each day to attend a yoga class is a great way to get grounded at a festival. You can check out the Yoga and Movement lineup for LIB here. Some of our favorite teachers are on the schedule this year. Check out Andrew Sealy's class to get inspired and empowered or Christi Christensen's class alongside Marques Wyatt for an energizing and uplifting workout turned dance party.

2. Sit down for Dinner

Instead of feeling like you have to run around to catch every artist you love, ditch the FOMO and pause for a mindful meal. This year, LIB is offering several interactive sit-down dining experiences fully equipped with entertainment, farm-to-table ingredients and renowned chefs. Learn more about sit down dining experiences LIB has to offer here.

3: Free your mind at the learning kitchen

There is nothing more empowering than learning something new and LIB provides ample opportunities for education. Been dying to learn more about Astrology? There's a workshop for that. Been wanting to learn new vegan recipes? There's a workshop for that. Wolfpack babe Alexa (@alexafuelednaturally) will be teaching a vegan cooking demo on Friday in her Wolvens, which we invite you to join us for. Check out LIB's full schedule of Learning Kitchen programming below:

We are excited to see you all at the festival. Be safe, stay hydrated, and if you spot someone wearing Wolven don't be afraid to say namaste.
