As we near the month of February (or love month as we like to call it), we’re focusing on the most important kind of love: Self Love. A way we like to practice self love? With a little self love elixir. This elixir is the perfect, easy on the gut, easy on you drink. So go ahead, make yourself one of these, kick your feet up, and allow yourself to relax into all of the self love.

Before we get into it, let’s talk about exactly what an elixir is. An elixir is a drink with all natural ingredients that help to nourish and heal your body. They’re especially great to make in the colder months as they help boost your immune system. 



⅓ cup Beet Juice

1 cup Pomegranate Juice

⅓ cup Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Hibiscus Tea Bags

2 tbps Ground Ginger

¼ tsp Ground Turmeric 


  1. Steep two tea bags in a cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes
  2. Once steeped, combine all ingredients in a large glass, mix well
  3. Pour into small glasses over ice

Another alternative is fresh juicing all of the ingredients and then combining with the steeped tea. If your self love inspires you to share the love, we recommend doubling the recipe. Enjoy, and love yourself.
