Pisces Season: Surrender and Sacrifice
During Pisces season, a part of us comes to die. Something in our lives that no longer serves us is asked to be sacrificed. We must surrender to the end of the cycle, and allow what must pass to pass.
A Collective and Creative Lunar Eclipse in Leo
On January 31st, we are graced with the first eclipse of the new year, a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse at 11° Leo. Lunar eclipses are like full moons on crack. They’re often emotionally turbulent and act as strong internal catalysts for change. Solar eclipses often bring on events outside of ourselves or our direct control, where lunar eclipses plant the idea of our next move through our thoughts and feelings about the current situation. This eclipse ties back to the Solar Eclipse of August 21st, 2017. Whatever actions or events that took place around August of last year are now beginning to bear fruit and may require some necessary adjustments.
Purify and Persist : Today's Sun, Venus, Pluto Conjunction
Today’s rare and intense Sun, Venus, Pluto conjunction can feel a little bit like a tightening vice grip. The Sun is flanked on one side by transformational Pluto, and on the other by relationship-oriented Venus. The pressure is on to dig deep into our hearts and shake the hands of acceptance and responsibility for our own journeys. Any authority figures looming over us that inhibit our truest expression of self becomes absolutely unbearable today. We must surrender to the intensity of this energy and ultimately allow for something false about our lives and our stories to die.
