Meatless Monday: Vegan Banana Pancakes
Food is the ultimate gesture of love. In the wild, lions hunt prey and present it to their ladies to get on their good side. In the domestic, men show up with boxes of chocolate to do the same (see, we really aren’t so different than animals.) Chocolate and cupcakes seem nice but if you truly love someone, wouldn’t you want to keep them super healthy so you’ll have them around longer? That’s why the ultimate gift is a plant-based one. And that doesn’t mean you have to compromise on flavor.
Meatless Monday: Vegan Walnut Rosemary Bread
The thing about this bread is it doesn’t just taste like bread. It’s much denser, comprised of whole grounded almonds and other real-food ingredients which I’ll share with you below. It’s as if almond butter and bread had babies (which is the best combo ever if you ask me.) This isn’t something I would make a sandwich with but rather have as a delicacy with my sugar-free strawberry jam. Best of all, not only is it raw-vegan, but it’s also Paleo, Keto, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free and Dairy-Free.

Meatless Monday: Natural Sugar Free Fruit Rolls-Ups
If you grew up in the United States, fruit roll-ups were probably part of your childhood. I remember wrapping them around my finger, licking them off until my finger turned raw and sticky. However, these sweet treats are filled with chemicals, artificial food coloring and high fructose corn syrup. In fact, most don’t even have any actual fruit in them. This is what fuels childhood ADHD, diabetes, obesity and other issues that are rampant today. So I made it my mission to recreate natural fruit roll-ups without any added sugar.
